4. How do I ensure data confidentiality?
Data are stored on a central server in the client’s company and are subject to its’ confidentiality policy, no matter how strict it may be. The philosophy governing data security and confidentiality is that each user (human resource manager, trainer, employee, etc.) should have access only to the information that he/she needs.

The interfacing is executed on a practical import-export level with any other application allowing it. And, as almost all modern applications allow interfacing, Training Watch may be connected to receive or provide data with other applications in the company.
8. How do I purchase Training Watch?
I contact ITCenter Company and an employee visits me for discussion and demonstration. An analysis is made and then an offer is drawn up of a standard product or of a product plus certain features requested by the client. The contract is signed and the implementation is executed; from that point forward, ITCenter Company remains your partner for any other activities related to maintenance, upgrade, consulting, generated by new functionalities. The procurement is the first step of a long-term relationship.
