Training Watch is a software application managing training investments. It has a friendly interface, it is easy to use and secure, keeping data confidentiality by differentiated access between various groups of users.

Training Management System ensures an advanced reporting level, with indexes such as:

• total training budget per employee (including the daily allowance, hotel accommodation, transport and training service, and any other related costs), with its background;
• total budget assigned to employees’ training;
• total budget assigned to a training supplier;
• management and assessment of training service (invoices, contracts, course description, feedback drafting);
• clarity and transparence as regards the full salary package.
